CL renews contract for solo activities with YG Entertainment ahead of 2NE1

As CL is preparing for her debut in the US, it has been revealed that she had renewed her contract with YG Entertainment, to ensure the company’s full support towards her solo activities, and to make sure no issues arise upon her upcoming debut. The renewal of this contract is separate to 2NE1’s, according to the report by OSEN, as 2NE1’s contract is still valid for another year.

CL has been making appearances in the US prior to her debut, most recently performing in ‘Ultra Music Festival’ alongside Skrillex, Puff Daddy, and Diplo.
