The Rose Greets Fans and Shares a Touching Message at “ROSETOPIA” Tour 2026 in Jakarta
South Korean indie-rock band The Rose successfully held their solo concert titled ” THE ROSE <ROSETOPIA> Tour 2026″ on Friday (23/10/2026) night at The Kasablanka Hall, South Jakarta. Promoted by CK Star Entertainment, the concert entertained thousands of fans, affectionately known as Black Rose.
The event kicked off with an energetic performance of the song ‘Utopia’, performed by all four members of The Rose: Woosung, Dojoon, Hajoon, and Taegyeom. The opening act was immediately greeted with enthusiasm by the crowd that had filled the venue since late afternoon.
Throughout the show, The Rose performed a lineup of their popular tracks spanning from their debut era to the latest songs off their album ‘ROSE’. Some of the songs performed on stage included ‘Lifeline’, ‘Walking on Clouds’, ‘Shift’, ‘Back to Me’, ‘RED’, ‘She’s In The Rain’, ‘sorry’, ‘Control’, ‘Time’, ‘Beauty and The Beast’, ‘Sour’, and ‘Wonder’.
Live arrangements and vocal harmonies from all members highlighted the concert, with audience members singing along during most of the tracks. In addition to performing their main setlist, the concert featured a fan-letter reading session. Prior to entering the hall, Black Roses submitted written messages, which were then read aloud on stage by the members.
Between performances, the members of The Rose actively interacted with the audience. Lead vocalist Woosung introduced Dojoon to the crowd as the key figure behind the creative process of The Rose’s song-making. One of the main highlights of the concert occurred when Dojoon pulled out a prepared note and read it aloud. Notably, Dojoon read the message entirely in Indonesian.
“Being able to make music and have it heard around the world is an incredible gift,” Dojoon said.
“Thank you for your support over the last 9 years. Thanks to you, we are able to stand here today,” he continued, instantly drawing applause from the audience.
The ROSETOPIA Tour 2026 stop in Jakarta marks the fourth concert visit for The Rose in Indonesia. Previously, the band, which grew through the independent path, also performed at the Prambanan Jazz Festival 2026 stage back in July. This Jakarta concert serves as an important tour stop for The Rose, following the band’s plans to take a temporary break (hiatus) after concluding their tour celebrating 10 years of their career journey.
