Rain sold his house in Samsung-dong, possibly for marriage preparations?

Singer and actor Rain recently was reported of selling his house in the Samsung-dong area, many suspects one of the reasons were to prepare his marriage with girlfriend Kim Taehee.

According to Starnews, Rain has sold the house on April 2nd, where the value of the property has doubled since when he purchased it, making it a profitable investment. Rain was reported to have made a lot of money from the selling, where many suspects that the profit of the selling was in order to prepare a wedding. Adding to the wedding speculations, it was also reported that the couple are currently planning to go on a family trip to Jeju Island, further stirring up the news.

In response, Rain’s agency confirmed that it was the case the the property selling, but denied the wedding rumours. Rain is said to be embarrassed and surprised with the sudden news, and was reported that he is currently staying with his parents.
