[Press Release] The Target (Remake of 2010’s Point Blank)


The Target is the 3rd Korean movie that invited to midnight screening of Cannes International Film Festival, after Sweet Life (2005) and Chaser (2006). It drew a huge success and great response from audience, even the director of Point Blank, Fred Cavaye, is very impressed with the Korean version.

The Target was released in Korea at 30 April 2014 and reached 2,640,000 admission until now. Directed by Chang ( Death Bell ) and produced by the  producers of Oldboy and Snowpiercer, surely it will give a new level of movie experience.

Starring RYU Seung-ryong ( Miracle in Cell No.7, Maquerade, All About My Wife ), LEE Jin-wook ( Miss Granny ), KIM Sung-ryoung (The Heirs, The Fatal Encounter ), and  YU Jun-sang ( Fist of Legend, Nobody’s Daughter Hae-Won ), will hunt you down at blitzmegaplex starts 18 June 2014.
