WOODZ Made A Promise, Sealed, Copy, and Have It E-mailed to Fans, to Meet Again in The Future

After 3 years, WOODZ (Real name Cho Seung Youn), is back to Jakarta, back to Kasablanka Hall for another jamming session with INA MOODZ (WOODZ fandom).

The ‘Archive. 1’ in Jakarta started precisely at 7 PM with ‘Bloodline’, marking a new era of his music and career, delivering new style and growth. The show was started with bang, everyone jamming, lightstick swaying, head banging, and people singing along with the rockstar of the night.

After the strong opening, WOODZ brought us to a slower rock, bringing ‘Glass’, ‘I’ll Never Love Again’, ‘Drowning’, ‘Cinema’ on stage. INA MOODZ didn’t hesitate and not to lose any moment to sing along with the singer, the singing are loud loud and it feels I just witnessed a one big choir orchestrated throughout the hall. Not enough with that, we had some short karaoke session with lyrics shown on screen, it short but long enough to make WOODZ suggest that we need to stop because we need to move on to the next song, or else we won’t finish it.

It was after ‘Noid’, the ment was to bridge the next song, a surprise song where WOODZ will sing local song. But before that, seems that WOODZ agree that MOODZ are enjoying the show and his performance, as he jokingly mentioned where fans were seen dancing, enjoying the beat with their body, feeling the music. Whoever that was, thank you for representing us who enjoy the show as well. The surprise song is no other than ‘Alamak’ by Adrian Khalif and Rizky Febian, the song that he practices earlier so fans have accidentally know the surprise. WOODZ jokingly said to erase that memory and to make sure that it’s the first time they knew it.

The concert comes to its peak as we’re back to the up beat song and it never came to mind that it was nearing the end of the show. After ‘Busted’, ‘Human Extinction’, ‘Smashing Concrete’, and ‘Who Knows’, MOODZ (and WOODZ) have some short time to catch their breath and slowing down their heart rate after the jumping, until we finally see WOODZ again on stage to perform ‘Better and Better’.

A special thing happended during the concert that, INA MOODZ finally witnessed one of their favorit song ‘Hope To Be Like You’ performed on stage. WOODZ shared that he heard that this song is popular in Indonesia and he was contemplating to change the setlist during his morning run session. On yes, he did. I could hear all the cheer when the intro started playing and the MOODZ choir once again back.

Before closing, the fan project was shown and WOODZ gave a long ment, showing his inner thoughts and we couldn’t ask for more but feel thank you for all his music and presence. WOODZ and MOODZ proceed to make a promise to see each other again and being the source of strength, with a promise made, sealed, copied, downloaded and email to each of INA MOODZ.

As the party comes to an end, WOODZ and the band team bid a good bye and we hope that we could witness another and even better show in Jakarta.
