DAY6 Ends Their 3rd World Tour ‘Forever Young’ in Jakarta 2025 with Memories and Tears

After successfully holding concerts in three major cities in Indonesia in October 2024 last year, DAY6 once again returned to Indonesia to hold the 3RD WORLD TOUR ‘FOREVER YOUNG’ in Jakarta 2025. The band under JYP Entertainment, consisting of four members, Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon, returned to My Day Indonesia for their additional show that held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Gelora Bung Karno Madya Stadium, Jakarta.

The concert that should have been a moment for fans to meet their idols this time seemed different. Their spirit and enthusiasm were no longer the same. It was not just about the bad weather but more than that. The event that was supposed to start at 7 pm was delayed by more than two hours due to bad weather and also for the safety of everyone who attended the event. At around 9.30 pm the concert finally started.

Like the previous tour setlist, DAY6 performed the first 4 songs, ‘Best Part,’ ‘Better Better,’ ‘Healer,’ and ‘Time of Our Life.’ Then they continued with their popular songs such as ‘Congratulations,’ ‘You Were Beautiful,’ and ‘Letting Go.’ “Halo, apa kabar? (How are you?),” they greeted on stage. Not only greeting in Indonesian, the DAY6 members also said several words and sentences in Indonesian, such as ‘Wow keren banget (Wow, so cool),’ ‘Kanan-kiri (right-left),’ and ‘Kalian kangen kami tidak? (Do you miss us?)’ not forgetting ‘Mana suaranya! (Make some noise!)’which made My Day excited again to revive the concert atmosphere that night. During the extended stage, they also kept on greeting and singing several songs that were not on the setlist, such as ‘Somehow’ and ‘Still There.’

At the end of the concert session, DAY6, who had changed their clothes, emerged from under the stage and walked around the entire section instead of using the moving cart that had been promised by the organizers. ‘The Power of Love,’ ‘My Day,’ ‘Somehow,’ and ‘Sing Me’ echoed throughout them as they walked around and greeted their fans one by one until they finally returned to the stage. “You’ve been having a hard time, right?” Wonpil said. “Let’s gather all that up and just let out one really loud scream together!” He continued. The concert was closed with their last song, ‘Welcome to the Show.’ The fireworks no longer felt festive; instead, My Day’s tears came out even harder.

“At least, at the very least, I just hope that everyone was happy at this concert. That’s my wish. I will work even harder. Thank you so much, and in the future I will keep living hard so I can express this feeling. I really love you guys. I really do, you know? We love each other, right? I just want us to be happy, My Day, and me too, Young K said.

“Thanks to all of you, we finished the concert well. Thank you so much for hanging out with us every time, and thank you so much for coming here today as well. Honestly, even just today, a lot of things happened, right? But as long as you’re with us, DAY6, I think many kinds of episodes will always happen, whether fun things or things that make you angry, whatever they may be, even sad things. I really hope that to all of you, we can become like companions you can walk together with, and to us, you already are. I hope you will continue to walk with us in the future too. Thank you so much for today and until the day we see each other again, let’s all be healthy and happy,” Sungjin said.

Let’s meet again someday when the skies are blue and the storm has gone, our DAY6!
