Sing & Dance the Night Away with TWICE at ‘Ready To Be’ in Bangkok

TWICE marked their return to Thailand after 4 years with “TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ IN BANGKOK”. The concert was held on September 23 – 24 at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani. As the fans miss their idol performance, more than 20,000 seats in total filled with ONCE (TWICE official fan club name).

The girls opened the concert with a spectacular performance of “Set Me Free”, “I Can’t Stop Me” and “GO HARD”. Along with the shadow, the members showcase their strong and powerful dance moves before switching to another song “MORE & MORE”, “MOONRISE SUNRISE”, and “Brave”.

The members showed their own color and uniqueness through the solo performance stage that started with Dahyun who’s giving a mesmerized performance with her piano play and vocal for a song titled “Try” (original by Colbie Caillat). For the next solo stage, the four members heat up the atmosphere with their sexiness through a dance cover. Tzuyu with “Done for Me” (original by Charlie Puth), Sana with “New Rules” (original by Dua Lipa), Momo who show off her legendary pole dance and “MOVE” (original by Beyoncé), and Mina with “7 rings” (original by Ariana Grande).

Continuing to the next performances, the members changed the mood of the concert with a fun performance along with the fans who sang loudly for “Feel Special”, “Cry for Me”, “FANCY”, and “The Feels”. During the “Feel Special” performance, the leader Jihyo sang the line ‘You Make Me Feel Special’ before the song ended. At the moment, fans are shedding tears because this is one of the most important songs and has a lot of meaning for both TWICE and ONCE.

Solo performance stages continue with Chaeyoung, flexing her acoustic guitar skills and the song “My Guitar” that she wrote himself. The next member Jeongyeon brightened up the mood of the concert by performing “Can’t Stop The Feeling” (Justin Timberlake cover) with a super cute costume and dance moves that fans can easily follow. The solo performance was followed by Jihyo and Nayeon who performed their own solo songs “Killin’ Me Good” and “POP!” respectively.

It must be a delight for ONCE as TWICE perform a medley of their hit songs. “YES or YES”, “What Is Love?”, “CHEER UP”, “LIKEY”, “KNOCK KNOCK”, “SCIENTIST”, “Heart Shaker” before moving on to the upbeat numbers of “Alcohol-Free”, “Dance the Night Away” and “Talk That Talk”.

TWICE has a world tour scheduled for 2024, with hints on stage of a new album. At this time the fans were eagerly waiting for TWICE’s new work. A long awaited concert “TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ IN BANGKOK” ended beautifully, along with the spectacular production that Live Nation Tero and the Thai production team put together.
