Kim Seon Ho’s Show Affection for Indonesian Food and Cultural Exploration

As Kim Seon Ho graced the stage at the 2023 Kim Seon Ho Asia Tour in Jakarta  “ONE, TWO, THREE, SMILE,”, he shows his love for Indonesian food, ambiance, and everything, leaving fans filled with laughter, joy, and even deeper connection. From expressing his affection for the clear Jakarta sky to indulging in the tantalizing flavors of Indonesian cuisine, the actor immersed himself in the rich culture of Indonesia, creating unforgettable memories with his adoring fans.

During his opening remarks, Kim Seon Ho showcased his language skills, charming the crowd by saying, “Siap untuk bersenang-senang” (Ready to have fun). The audience erupted in applause, appreciating his efforts to connect with them on a personal level. His desire to learn more about Indonesian culture extended beyond greetings, as he delighted fans by speaking phrases like “Rekomendasiin cemilan paling enak dong” (Recommend the most delicious snacks) and “Ramyun dimana nih” (Where can I find Ramyun?), also showing a fun reenactment with the MC that brings laughter to the audience.

When it came to Indonesian cuisine, Kim Seon Ho was eager to try everything the country had to offer. He said he already tried a few Indonesian foods such as Bakso, Mie Goreng, Rendang, and also Kerak Terlor. But he said he mostly liked rendang, since it’s kinda similar to Korean food called, galbijjim. 

Kim Seon Ho was also given a few options about the festival event in Jakarta, and which one he wants to attend the most. He was given a few options such as Java Jazz Festival, Jakarnaval, Jakarta Fair, and also DWP. Of all attractions, he chooses Jakarnaval as the attraction he wants to see the most. Because it kinda reminds him of the traditional festival in Korea, and he wants to see Indonesian culture as well.

Beyond language and cuisine, it was the warm reception from Indonesian fans that made Kim Seon Ho’s heart swell with happiness. The laughter and energy that filled the venue throughout the fan meeting created an atmosphere of pure joy.
