Fans Gathered and Celebrated AB6IX Grand Debut with ‘B:COMPLETE’

The multi talented new group AB6IX made their debut on May 22, 2019, as one of the most anticipated boy group debut in 2019. Consist of 5 members, Youngmin, Donghyun, Daehwi, Woojin, and Woong, the group are making their debut with 7 tracks EP titled ‘B:COMPLETE’.

Having ‘BREATHE’ as the title track with trendy tropical deep house genre, the whole album got various genre, surprisingly. ‘ABSOLUTE’ has a fierce trap/dubstep while the next 2 songs ‘SHINING STARS’ and ‘DANCE FOR TWO’ making a u turn with acoustic-guitar dance/ballad. The two last song ‘LIGHT ME UP’ and the famous song from PRODUCE 101 Season 2, ‘HOLLYWOOD’ wrap up the complete album.

Tho they just debuted, we’re pretty sure that Kpop fans were already familiar with them as 4 of the members (except Woong) joined the survival show PRODUCE 101 Season 2 in 2017, as Woojin and Daehwi made it into their final debut line up with WANNA ONE, Youngmin and Donghyun successfully made their debut as duo MXM and released 2 EPs + 1 full album within 2 years. With Woong joining the group, fans’ anticipation rising and their HOLLYWOOD MV as 5 members were gaining much love from fans.

AB6IX planned to actively promoting not only in Korea, but also internationally. Starting from their KCON performance even before their debut date, fanmeeting, global debut showcase, also Global Listening Party which also happened globally, also in Indonesia at the same time.

The Listening Party in Jakarta happened on May 22, 2019 at AkadeMie Bendungan Hilir, with winners selected through quiz made by Warner Music Indonesia. The party was a fun party for AB6IX fans as they can listened to the whole album together, played games, and got Exclusive Official Merchandise from Warner Music Indonesia. The party wrapped with a live streaming of AB6IX debut showcase which streamed globally through VApp.
