[EXCLUSIVE] Short Interview with BEAST in Singapore!

Thanks to Three Angles Productions and IME SG, they were giving us an opportunity to interview BEAST while they are in Singapore for BEAST “Ordinary” Fan Meet 2015. Out of 10 questions we submitted, due to time restrictions, we can only ask 4 questions. So here are the questions and answers we asked and got from BEAST members.

As the recent released of YEY sounds very different and new compare to BEAST previous concept, is there a story behind it?

Yoseob: So after Junhyung asked to make the song, I was the first who listen to the song, with the instrument only without the singing part, and while listening in the recording room, I was just feeling surprise and wonderful about it, the strong electronic sound of it and I am just admiring the creativity and sensational of Junhyung. (While Yoseob answering the questions, Dongwoon keeps adding: Oh really? Ohh.. Okay… Yes… correct.. and keep on nodding.)

Your musical direction has really evolved over the years and you have many different types of music, so for the next comeback, is the something new that you would like to try?

Junhyung: We want release a song that fans and people would love to listen, and what we, as BEAST can perform the best, instead of mentioning one specific genre.

So you have a variety show called BEAST SHOWTIME, and was very well received from the fans, any plan for another variety show?

Gikwang: We have no plan yet so far, if in the future there is opportunity approach us, we will do it happily.

This time you are here in Singapore just for a Fan Meet, is there plan to comeback to Singapore for a full concert in the future?

Doojoon, Junhyung, Gikwang: DEFINITETY, OF COURSE!
