Gong Hyo Jin Receives an Offer to Play in Drama ‘Producer’

Gong Hyo Jin has received an offer to play in KBS’s latest drama ‘Producer’. The television show has confirmed this and added that they are still in the middle of discussing her role in the drama.

“It is true Gong Hyo Jin has been offered for a role, although there is no confirmation yet,” the station’s rep said yesterday, March 2.

Gong Hyo Jin may act as a music show producer who has more than ten years of experience. If she accepted the offer, the drama will become a mark for her to return on television screen after she successfully acted as a psychiatrist on ‘It’s Okay, It’s Love,” and musical ‘Educating Rita’ not too long ago.

‘Producer’ will depict lives of producers in the entertainment department of a television station.

Meanwhile, Cha Tae Hyun has been confirmed to act as a variety show producer. Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun and IU are still discussing to participate in the drama. If these artists agreed to play in the drama, then this drama will undoubtedly become a big success because of the support from big names.

The drama is scheduled to premiere in April.
