[Press Conference] tvN’s Upcoming Food Variety “Wednesday Night”

On January 13, one of Korea's largest cable TV, tvN, held a press conference for it's upcoming food variety "Wednesday Night (수요미식회)".

In the event, stars who are also fixed casts of the show such as Korea’s leading broadcaster Jeon Hyun Moo, Italian restaurant owner also member of group Urban Zakapa Park Yong In, Super Junior’s Kim Hee Chul, ‘walking encyclopedia’ Kang Yong Suk, famous gourmet Kim Yoo Suk, also food stylist Hong Shin Ae were present.

When talking about the program, Jeon Hyun Moo reassured, “I promise you the honesty of this program. If the food (in review) is not delicious, then we will say so.” Later, Super Junior’s Hee Chul also tried to reassure by saying, “Kang Yong Suk-ssi won’t appear in a program that is only about praising,” in reference to fellow cast Kang Yong Suk who is known for his controversial remarks in the past, creating laughter in the audience.

“Wednesday Night” is a food program focusing on telling the history and origin of a food, also how a restaurant is run and its behind the scene story in a delicious way for it’s viewers. This program will premiere on January 21st and thereafter will run every Wednesday 11pm KST. You can check one of its teasers below 🙂
