[PRESS RELEASE] Boys Republic is Coming to Manila!

Universal Music’s first-ever K-pop Idol Group!

Boys Republic consists of Sung Jun, Sun Woo, Min Su, Su Woong and One Junn.

The boys made their debut with the first single, “Party Rock.” After its release, the song peaked at No. 1 on iTunes single charts in Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. They then went on to become spokesmodels for Michiko London Koshino 2013.

After their successful debut, the group made a comeback with their 1st EP, “IDENTITY” on October 8th with written lyric contributions from their group leader, Onejunn. Their EP’s title track, “You Are Special,” peaked at No. 1 on KKBOX Chart in Malaysia in 2013. In November, Boys Republic became ambassadors for “Eye Camp Expedition,” a charity campaign, joining other volunteers in Vietnam to help those visually impaired.

On February 16th, they revealed the first song of their “fantasy trilogy” titled “Video Game” and on July 25th of 2014, they made a comeback with their summer track, “Dress Up”.

Last November, the boys have returned with the final installment of their “Fantasy Trilogy” with a new EP entitled “Real Talk.” The EP has 7 tracks including their previous hits, “Video Game” and “Dress Up,” plus their new title track, “The Real One.”

Boys Republic is set to come to Manila this January 10 and 11 to party it up with their Filipino Royal Family (fanclub) so make sure to catch them on January 10 at Lucky Chinatown at 2pm and Venice Piazza at 7pm and on January 11 at Eastwood Mall at 3pm!
