On the January 9 episode of Radio Star, Heechul talked about SM Entertainment’s founder, Lee Soo Man. He talked about Lee Soo Man’s preference for male idols in his entertainment agency.

Heechul said that Lee Soo Man prefers the delicate, pretty boys rather than beastly or muscular idols as his company’s idols. He also said that Lee Soo Man thinks that it will be better if the lyrics for SM idols’ songs that shows manliness rather than the idols, such as EXO’s Growl.
