FAQ for “K-Life & K-Live Indonesia: HUG K-Pop Concert”

With anticipation building around HUG: K-Life & K-Live Indonesia, KOCCA Indonesia and KOREA 360 have officially released a full rundown of essential attendee information as the event approaches. The three-day celebration of Korean culture and live entertainment kicks off this weekend at NICE PIK2, with ticket holders urged to review redemption rules, venue policies, and access procedures.

E-Ticket & Wristband Redemption

The organizers confirmed that all electronic tickets have been distributed via email to eligible recipients. Fans who have yet to receive theirs are instructed to contact the respective issuing brand to verify registration details.

Physical access to the venue will require a wristband, which can be collected starting January 17 at 11:00 WIB at the Ticket Redemption Counter located at NICE PIK2 Hall 5 & 6. Gates will remain open until 18:00 WIB, after which entry will no longer be permitted.

Identity Checks and Ticket Use

A strict identity verification system will be enforced at the venue. Ticket names will be matched against personal ID, and only one ticket per guest may be used, even if multiple tickets share the same name. Transfers to other individuals are not permitted.

Attendees are required to bring a physical ID—KTP, SIM, or passport—to streamline verification. Organizers clarified that minor misspellings on tickets will not impact redemption as long as the name remains recognizable.

Program Information and Venue Policies

Concert rundown, bag policies, and do’s & don’ts will be announced via Korea 360’s official social channels in the days leading up to the event.

Visitors should take note that no storage service or cloakroom will be available. Bags and personal belongings must remain with attendees throughout the event.

Umbrellas are also banned inside the venue for safety reasons and to ensure an unobstructed viewing experience for fellow concertgoers.

Ticket Availability & Seating

Tickets will not be sold on-site. However, if available seats remain due to no-shows, they may be distributed free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Queue numbers can be collected at the Information Desk beginning at 10:00 WIB, subject to capacity.

The event also clarified that ticket categories cannot be changed. In cases where individuals received multiple tickets across different partner brands, the first-issued ticket will determine final seating.

Lost & Found and Transportation Support

Lost belongings can be reported or retrieved from the Information Desk in the lobby area.

To ease travel demands, organizers partnered with Grab to offer 50% ride discounts, valid only on the day of the concert. Shuttle or dedicated bus services will not be provided.
