Thai Rising Star NuNew Brings Magic to Singapore with His “Dream Catcher” Concert
Thai rising singer NuNew has officially made his Singapore debut with NuNew 1st Concert Dream Catcher, marking a memorable stop in the Lion City.
Often dubbed the “Pearl of Asia,” NuNew truly lived up to the title from the moment he stepped on stage. The opening felt like a Disney musical come to life, as he enchanted the audience with beloved classics like “For the First Time in Forever” and “Let It Go.”
Adding a heartfelt local touch, NuNew performed “Practice Love,” a hit song by Singaporean pop icon JJ Lin, as a special gift to his Singaporean fans. His sincerity and powerful vocals clearly struck a chord with the audience.

As if that wasn’t enough, NuNew surprised fans even further with his rendition of “Wu Ji” by Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo, and “Ter Yang” by popular Thai band Potato — a song that’s also well-loved in Singapore.

Midway through the show, fans were treated to a sweet video montage of NuNew exploring iconic Singapore landmarks, including Universal Studios Singapore and the Fountain of Wealth, showcasing his excitement and appreciation for the local culture.
One of the most touching moments came when NuNew’s parents made a surprise appearance on stage, bringing him a birthday cake and bouquet. To top it off, a heartfelt video prepared by fans was shown, making the evening even more emotional and unforgettable for both NuNew and the crowd.
