Olivia Marsh, EXID, and Kang Daniel Enliven the 2025 Far East Music City Festival
Olivia Marsh, EXID, and Kang Daniel have successfully enlivened the Far East Music City festival held by Goldlive Indonesia and Bigground Entertainment on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD, Hall 5-6. The fans who have been waiting for their favorite artists can’t wait to meet them and see their performances on one stage at once.
The stage was opened with an Indonesian-Singaporean soloist, Lullaboy, with his mainstay songs such as ‘somebody like u‘ and ‘shortcut to heaven.’ The first session then continued with a performance by a girl group from Indonesia, STARBE.

Not long after, the main session finally began with the appearance of Olivia Marsh on stage with her band. The older sister of NJZ member Danielle opened her performance with her new song, ‘Strategy.’ “Hi everyone! My name is Olivia. Let’s have some fun!” she said before continuing to the next song. Her energetic stage was in line with her performance of the song ‘Waterworks.’ She also invited the audience and fans to sing along to the song ‘Pina Colada’ and then continued with several nostalgic ballads such as ‘Heaven’ and ‘42.’ Not only that, she also surprised the audience by performing a cover of a song by Indonesian singer Nadin Amizah entitled ‘Semua Aku Dirayakan’ very fluently. She then continued by performing a cover of Jessie J’s ‘Price Tag’ and closed her performance with ‘Backseat.’

The second most awaited lineup for 2nd generation K-pop fans, EXID, was finally appeared on stage with ‘Fire.’ The 5-member girl group, Solji, LE, Hani, Hyelin, and Junghwa, greeted the Leggo (EXID’s fandom name), “Hello everyone, we are EXID!” they said. For EXID, it was their first visit to Indonesia since their debut in 2012. No wonder that the fans’ enthusiasm was so extraordinary that it surprised the members, and they did not expect to receive such a warm and enthusiastic welcome from the Leggo. After that, they continued their performance with ‘L.I.E,’ ‘I Love You,’ ‘DDD,’ and ‘Lady.’ The stage became even more hotter with ‘Hot Pink,’ which made the entire audience excited and cheer throughout the song. Their performance closed with the one and only, the sensational one, ‘Up&Down.’ It was perfect to wrap up their whole performance that night.
Finally, the last performer, Kang Daniel, was on stage. The center of the boy group WANNAONE opened his performance with ‘Electric Shock’ and ‘Supernova.’ “Hello, everyone. I’m Kang Daniel. Nice to meet you!” he said, greeting the fans. The singer, born in 1996, also revealed that he was very nervous because this was his first time performing in Indonesia as a soloist after several years ago performing with his former group WANNAONE. He also He also expressed his gratitude to the fans for waiting to his presence all this time. “Thank you for waiting me. It such a long time, right? I hope you enjoy my performance today and thank you for always remember me,’ he said. He continued his performance with the dancers with ‘2U’ and ‘Jealous.’ He also did not forget to perform his newest song, ‘Mess,’ and closed the stage and the festival with ‘Ready to Ride.’
