NCT 127 Successfully Holds Their First Day Concert ‘NEO CITY: JAKARTA – THE MOMENTUM’

Boy group under SM Entertainment, NCT 127 has successfully held their first day concert titled ‘NCT 127 4TH TOUR ‘NEO CITY: JAKARTA – THE MOMENTUM’ which was held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the Indonesia Arena. The boy group consisting of Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Mark, and Haechan managed to rock the stage last night with full energy. NCTzens (NCT’s fandom name) who had been waiting for their arrival since noon were so enthusiastic to immediately meet their idols. Let’s see the excitement of NCT 127 and NCTzen below.

Being the first city in their Asian tour series, ‘NCT 127 4TH TOUR ‘NEO CITY: JAKARTA – THE MOMENTUM’ felt so special. They opened their performance with ‘Gas.’ They then continued their performance with a medley of their popular songs, ‘Faster’, ‘Bring The Noize’, ‘2 Baddies’, ‘Skyscraper’, and ‘Chain’ which successfully ignited the audience with their enthusiasm. Not long after that they started the ment session.

“This is the first city on our tour, Jakarta. It’s been a long time since we’ve been here. We prepared this concert well. Let’s have fun together,” said Jungwoo.

“It’s been a long time since I’ve met you guys. This time, I’m coming with NCT 127. Today’s concert will definitely be fun. Let’s have fun until the end, of course safely! Sijeuni, are you ready?” continued Haechan.

Even without Taeyeong and Jaehyun, the NCTzens still cheered them on with the same enthusiasm and energy. They then continued their next performance with ‘Designer,’ ‘Orange Seoul,’ ‘Touch,’ ‘No Clue,’ and ‘Pricey.’ Not only a cool stage set-up, they also brought all the props according to the theme for each song they performed. From mannequins to umbrellas and flag attractions, everything really amazed the fans.

The show continued with ‘Regular,’ ‘Sticker,’ ‘Whiplash,’ ‘Lemonade,’ ‘Rain Drop,’ ‘Can’t Help My Self,’ and ‘Gold Dust.’ Their arrival in Jakarta this time was the fourth world tour for NCT 127 after The Origin, The Link, and The Unity. The members never stopped praising the fans for their incredible support. Even at the end of the encore, NCTzens sang together during ‘No Longer.’

“When you guys sang ‘No Longer,’ I was so shocked. I’m not going to lie, it’s a voice you can’t hear anywhere else. It’s so beautiful. Thank you,” Doyoung said.

After being made melodramatic by the previous song, the stage suddenly heated up again with the appearance of the next songs ‘Far,’ ‘Kick it,’ and ‘Fact Check.’ The lively stage full of fireworks accompanied by their thunderous voices made us forget that the concert was almost over. The first day of the concert, which lasted for 3 hours, was closed with ‘Meaning of Love,’ ‘Time Capsule,’ and ‘Promise You.’
