Stray Kids Take Over The Night With Their Majestic Performance Through “dominATE” World Tour in Jakarta

JYP Entertainment’s boy group, Stray Kids, has successfully held a concert tours in Indonesia on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at the Indonesia Arena, GBK. The tour, named Stray Kids World Tour dominATE Jakarta, is their third world tour. Debuting in 2018, the eight members of Stray Kids, Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N are ready to give their best performance through this concert.

STAY (Stray Kids’ fandom name), who had filled the venue since noon, seemed enthusiastically waiting for their idols to appear on stage. They opened their first performance with “MOUNTAINS“, which is a song from the album “ATE.” With shining silver costumes, they appeared on the lift stage with full charisma. The welcome of STAY who arrived at the venue was even heard boisterously and echoed throughout the area up to the third floor. They continued their powerful and energetic opening performance with “Thunderous,” “JJAM,” “District 9,” and “Back Door.” Bang Chan, the leader, seemed to be fluent in Indonesian, he enthusiastically greeted his fans that night, “STAY, lama tidak jumpa! (long time no see!)” he said loudly, followed by introducing himself, “Hello, we are Stray Kids!”

The stage was busy again with the members’ solo performances, which were one of the highlights of their world tour this time. The different stage concepts for each member made this part highly anticipated by STAY. The first solo performance was opened by Han with “Hold my hand”, who appeared with his electric guitar like a rock star, then Lee Know with “Youth,” Seungmin “As we are,” with his soft voice and acoustic guitar, Hyunjin with “So good,” Bang Chan “Railways” with his sexy-noir concept, the maknae I.N with “Hallucination,” Felix with “Unfair,” and closed with Changbin “Ultra.”

The night got hotter. Stray Kids returned to liven up the stage with their popular hits including “Chk Chk Boom,” “Topline,” “Super Bowl,” “COMFLEX,” “LALALALA,” “GET LIT,” “ITEM,” “DOMINO,” “God’s Menu,” “S-Class,” “VENOM,” and “MANIAC.” STAY were also so carried away by the atmosphere and continuously singing and chanting throughout the song. Both STAY and Stray Kids’ energy is truly endless. Coupled with the very good stage and building along with the live band, their performance is undeniably, it’s so magnificent.

We had reached the end of the event, this three-hour concert felt so short. They performed “I Like It,” “Case 143,” “My Pace,” “Stray Kids,” “MIROH,” “Chk Chk Boom (Festival ver.)” and “FREEZE,” as their encore. Stray Kidshad a great time during the encore, their running around the entire stage area, greeting their fans directly, and even playing water guns with them. They also promised to come back to Indonesia for their next tour. “We are very happy to be back in Jakarta. Hopefully we can meet again,” said Han. “We promised to come back here. Janji.
