KOREA 360 2nd Anniversary <2GETHER> : A Special Celebration Successfully Held with Spectacular K-Pop Artists

Jakarta, 6th & 7th December 2024 will remain as remarkable days as it was two days in a row for ‘KOREA 360 2nd Anniversary: <2GETHER>’ that left many great memories for whoever attended.

This event which was fully supported by KOCCA Indonesia was held as a form of appreciation for all loyal visitors also and as a presence of KOCCA Indonesia as a representative office from Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) in Indonesia. 

“Since it was officially opened in December 2022, KOREA 360 has recorded a total of around 3.2 million visitors,” said Mr. Kim Young Soo as a Regional Director of Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) Indonesia. He also explained that KOCCA Indonesia has successfully brought many artists to greet Indonesia fans at this K-Brands promotion center.

“We would like to thank Korean culture fans in Indonesia by bringing three famous K-pop artists to the celebration of the 2nd anniversary KOREA 360 this year,” He added.

The wait is over, Jjangers! It all happened as we got 3 famous K-pop artists Lineup ready to have some fun with all fans who attended this event. We got rookie boy group LUN8, soloist Paul Kim, and a girl group with a fairy concept OH MY GIRL. Before coming to the stage, all three Lineup (LUN8, Paul Kim and OH MY GIRL) showed up at the Press Conference to do Q&A regarding their current activities and future plans. Right after the Press Conference, they continued to participate at the ‘Handprinting Placement Ceremonial’ in COLLECT Town KOREA 360. Now it was counted as 162 handprinting collections from various K-Pop artists which later on can be visited by fans. 

6th December 2024, the first day of KOREA 360 2nd Anniversary <2GETHER> enlivened by rookie boy group named LUN8 and the famous K-Soloist Paul Kim. The Press Conference for the first session began with LUN8, the rookie boy group who surprisingly gave an energetic vibes during this session. LUN8 debuted on 15 June 2023 with their first mini album, ‘CONTINUE?’ and ‘Voyager’ became their song that got so much love from fans. Despite their new journey as a rookie, it’s not stopping their engraved achievement as they won AAA Focus Award in AAA 2023, LUN8 Hwaiting!

We got the fun fact that one of the members, CHAEL, has an uncle who used to live and work in Indonesia as he said he was a bit familiar with Indonesia and after he came to Indonesia himself for the first time in this event he got more amazed and said how beautiful Indonesia was. Talking about a song that LUN8 will recommend to new listeners, they answered ‘SUPER POWER’ would be a perfect song to start getting to know them as this song portrayed their true self. LUN8 shared that they have a big hope to hold a concert or fanmeeting here in Indonesia in the near future and wanted to come back to Indonesia to greet their fans in any form. Pssttt…. attention to all indonesia K-Pop event promoters, it’s your chance! 😉

Press Conference session was done, as fans began to cheer loudly “LUN8, LUN8, LUN8!”, So the show began. LUN8 performed three ultimate songs from ‘Love Trailer’, ‘WHIP’, and last but not least ‘SUPERPOWER’ had lit up the spirit from their fans until the Fanmeeting Day 1 was held at the end of their session. For the second day, LUN8 greeted fans again in the same venue for the Fanmeeting Day 2 and it became more special as 7th December is CHAEL’s birthday, so lucky to be LUV8 Indonesia (named of fans LUN8) who had celebrate the member’s birthday together lively. 

The second session for this first day, it was a time for Paul Kim. During the Press Conference, Paul Kim shared that this was the first time he came to Indonesia and he regretted that he didn’t have a chance to explore Indonesia because of his packed schedule. However, as his hope is to participate more in any projects, he will surely promise to come back to Indonesia and want to explore the country when he gets more time later. Oh it might be something exciting is more to come, Jjangers! In the middle of the Press Conference, one of the media crew was singing ‘Me After You’ for Paul Kim which got an impressive response from the singer himself. 

Coming to the stage, Paul Kim had so much cheered from the long awaited fans which slowly increased as Paul Kim also became very famous from his soundtrack for popular K-Drama and as we all know that K-Drama fans had bigger day by day. ‘Me After You’ became a starter to warm up fans with his phenomenal song. As expected, fans sing along well with Paul Kim making Main Atrium KOREA 360 full with lovely vocals. Next, we got ‘Every Day, Every Moment’ and the last song was ‘So Long’ the ‘Hotel del Luna’ soundtrack to give fans a more emotional and touchy environment felt in the entire venue. Aside from the Mini Concert, Paul Kim closed the first day with his Hi-Touch and Group Photo for the lucky fans who won through the KOREA 360 challenge. 

7th December 204, Day 2 of KOREA 360 2nd Anniversary: <2GETHER>, started with Press Conference for another spectacular K-Pop artist with a pretty fairy concept, OH MY GIRL. 

“Found you, OH MY GIRL! Hello, we are OH MY GIRL,” the members greeted.

The Press Conference session with OH MY GIRL went well with their stories about how this event felt so much meaningful as they were more close to Miracle face to face (OH MY GIRL fandom name). Arin, one of OH MY GIRL members, expressed his joy at the warm season of Jakarta as she added that currently in Korea it is very cold due to the winter. Like the true performer, there are routines that OH MY GIRL did before performing and YooA, one of the members, shared that she always drank coffee before performing as it will boost herself and make her more excited to greet fans. Mimi also revealed that she always had a time to chit-chat with the members before performing to reduce the nervousness right before performing. OH MY GIRL prepared their future plans diligently as one of the members, Seunghee, added they have a wish to meet Miracle in Indonesia again and will discuss it with the agency.

The shows began as OH MY GIRL went up to the stage and gathered their formation. They performed three hits ‘Dun Dun Dance’, ‘Dolphin’, and the last but not least ‘ Nonstop’. It felt so much fun as we could clearly see how OH MY GIRL vocals met with Miracle encouraging vocals when they were also singing along. The shows came to an end as the Fansigning session started, became sweet and memorable moments shared by OH MY GIRL and Miracle.
