My Day are Melting Down for DAY6 at Their Final Show “Forever Young” in Jakarta

After successfully holding concerts in Bali and Surabaya, DAY6 finally arrived in the last city, Jakarta, which also became the last city of their Indonesian tour series. The concert titled DAY6 3rd World Tour Forever Young in Jakarta was held for two days on October 19-20, 2024, at Beach City International Stadium. On the final day of their concert, My Day (DAY6 fandom) was still loyal and enthusiastic to welcome DAY6 with all-denim and blue outfits. Let’s see the excitement of DAY6 and My Day on the second day of their show in Jakarta.

The “Welcome to the Show” instrument echoed as a sign that the concert that night was about to begin. The members of DAY6, Sungjin, Wonpil, Young.K, and Dowoon, then appeared one by one on stage and started the show with “Best Part,” “Better Better,” “Healer,” and “Time of Our Life.” My Day who came today, was also very enthusiastic, doing fanchants and singing along throughout the song. In the first session filled with bright and cheerful songs, DAY6 also seemed happy to be able to meet My Day again. After the first session was over, the four of them introduced themselves. “Hello, I’m Sungjin,” said the leader, who is also a guitarist. “I’m Young.K!” said the bassist. “I’m Wonpil, hello,” said the keyboardist, and finally there was Dowoon the drummer. “I’m Dowoon.” “Welcome to ‘Forever Young’! We’ll let it all out today. Let’s have fun together,” continued Young.K.

They continued the second session with “She Smiled,” “How to Love,” “Pouring,” and “Say Wow.” Once again, DAY6 always amazed us with their amazing stage and performance until My Day kept calling their names. “We hope that after this concert is over, everyone will bring back beautiful energy and memories,” said Wonpil. “When this concert is over, I want to say that you are all very beautiful. Then the next song, 예뻤어(Yeppeosseo),” said Young.K, which was greeted with cheers from all My Day. They then continued to open the third session with “You Were Beautiful,” “I Loved You,” “Letting Go (Rebooted Ver),” and closed with “Congratulations.” The session that was like celebrating heartbreak then continued with singing together with DAY6. First they would play instruments, then ask My Day to sing with them. Starting from “I’m Serious,” “Somehow,” “Only,” and “I Like You” as the closing.

“How Can I Say,” “I Wait,” “Love Me or Leave Me,” and “Shoot Me” were the songs they played in the fourth session. This session with a rock n roll vibe really bewitched My Day. The epic stage and lighting setup, their amazing vocals, the sound of the instruments echoing throughout the concert area, and the screams of My Day completed the performance that night. After that, they continued their performance with songs full of healing and comfort like “Monster,” “Zombie,” “Melting Down,” “HAPPY,” and “I Wish.” “Are you happy right now? Are you having fun right now? You have to be happy all the time until we meet again. Let’s go 도와줘요 Rock&Roll!” said Young.K. The band then started their stage again with “Help Me Rock&Roll,” “Shxtty Game,” “DANCE DANCE,” and “Freely.” Not long after, they reappeared wearing black t-shirts performing “My Day,” and “First Time” and then said their final thanks at the concert.

“We will definitely come back again. Therefore, everyone promises that until we meet again, everyone must be healthy and also don’t forget to be happy. Janji (promise). Thank you very much for giving us your precious time. Terima kasih banyak. Aku cinta kalian. Sampai jumpa lagi.(Thank you very much. I love you guys. See you again)” said Young.K.

“Are you happy? Today I have spent a happy time with you guys. First of all, thank you so much for your heartfelt welcome. I hope you are all healthy and happy until we meet again. Terima kasih (Thank you),” said Sungjin.

“From Bali, Surabaya, to Jakarta, your energy was amazing. I was amazed that you could sing and jump with us. We felt encouraged by your singing voices. This concert is over, but until we meet again, I hope everyone is okay, always stay healthy, and do your best in your places. Thank you for being with us, always be happy,” said Wonpil.

“You are all so precious and so cool. I am so happy because you are a My Day. I hope everyone lives without regrets. You will come again, right? We will do our best, so we have to meet again. This tour was so happy. I love you,” said Dowoon.

DAY6 finally reached the end of the concert. They closed the show with “Welcome to the Show” and paid their last respects to My Day in every corner of the stage.
