ATEEZ, BTOB, LeeHi, Boy Story, and Colde Liven Up “City Camp 2024” with Dazzling Performances

The highly anticipated music festival City Camp 2024 was successfully held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at the Indonesia Arena, Jakarta. With a lineup of various genres from Colde, Boy Story, BTOB, Lee Hi, to ATEEZ, they managed to make last night’s stage unforgettable.

The festival was opened by Colde, a singer-songwriter as well as a K-R&B and hip-hop artist who debuted in 2016 as a member of the indie duo Off On Off. “Toxic Love” which is his latest song from the album “YIN” was the first song he performed. His presence on stage was enthusiastically welcomed by Colde Blue (Colde’s fandom name) who had been waiting for their favorite artist to come to Indonesia for a long time. “I’m so happy to meet you guys. This is my first day of touring in Asia and Jakarta is the first city,” said Colde from the stage. Accompanied by his band, Colde performed many of his hits such as “Heartbreak Club,” “YAYAYA,” “Nirvana Blues,” and “I fuxxing love you.” Not only that, he even distributed sunflowers to fans when the song “Sunflower” was about to start. The musician born in 1994 continued his performance with “Control me,” “I Color you,” and “WA-R-R,” which made fans sing along. Throughout his one-hour performance, Colde performed 11 songs including the last song “Star,” the OST from the drama “See You in My 19th Life” which also closed his performance. Accompanied by flashlights from the audience, Colde performed the song with his warm and soft voice, making fans immersed in the atmosphere of the night.

The next performer was Boy Story. The Chinese boy group that debuted under JYP Entertainment and Tencent Music Entertainment Group opened their performance with “Alpha.” BOSS (Boy Story’s fandom name) welcomed their performance with enthusiasm. On their second visit to Indonesia, the Boy Story members seemed to be quite fluent in speaking Indonesian. “Halo semuanya, kami Boy Story. Senang kembali bertemu dengan penggemar Indonesia (Hello everyone, we are Boy Story. Nice to meet Indonesian fans again),” said the leader Hanyu. The 6-member boy group, Hanyu, Zihao, Xinlong, Zeyu, Mingrui, and Shuyang, continued their performance with “Please,” “Sunr!se,” “Handz up,” and “如果 (If).” The most surprising thing was that they sang a cover of the song Sialan (Indonesian song) popularized by Juicy Luicy and Adrian Khalif on stage with very good pronunciation. The audience was amazed and immersed in their performance and sang along. Next, they did a dance cover of JYP Entertainment songs, starting from Straykids, ITZY, NMIXX, to TWICE. They finally closed their performance with their newest song “Pump!t Up” accompanied by cheers from the BOSS.

The next stage performer was BTOB. They are finally here! “Only One for Me” was their opening song last night. Melody (BTOB’s fandom name) who had been waiting for their arrival for a long time finally got paid. Even though only 4 members came, Eunkwang, Minhyuk, Hyunsik and Peniel, (Changsub and Sungjae were absent) they still perfectly performing their hits “Wind and Wish,” “Beautiful Pain,” and “I’ll be Your Man.” In their ment, they talked about Indonesian food that they had tried and also the famous Eunkwang ‘give up’ meme. Even the audience also chanted that ‘give up’ cheers together so freaking loud. After the short conversation, the four of them continued their performance with “My Way,” “It’s All Good,” “TANG TANG TANG” (Minhyuk and Eunkwang), and “Day&Night.” The amazing vocals and stunning performance from BTOB were truly unforgettable for Melody. “Its Okay” and “Missing You” were the next songs, but it turned out that they played a prank on all of us by returning backstage at the end of “Missing You.” It turned out that their performance was not over yet. They returned to the stage with “Blowin’ Up.” With a total of 11 songs in one hour, BTOB managed to make the second session of the festival even more lively.

The only one women performer in this festival, our queen LeeHi is here. The soloist whose real name is Lee Ha Yiopened her performance with “HOLO.” Her powerful, melodious voice brought fans to sing along. “Hello everyone, I’m Lee Hi. Are you ready to have fun?,” she said on stage. She continued her performance with “Savior” which is her duet song with B.I, then “Rose,” “One Thing,” and “H.S.K.T.” Before the next song started, she gave a little hint for the song she would perform next. “I’ll teach you the next song. If I say 똑똑 (Ttokttok) you say 누구 없소 (nugu eopsso), okay?,” she said. Her hit duet song with B.I “No One” began. HiceCream (Lee Hi’s fandom name) followed the song enthusiastically and called out to her. Next are “1,2,3,4,” “Red Lipstick,” “Breathe,” and “ONLY” was the end of her performance. The emotional and touching performance made the audience shed tears in the last two songs.

Finally, the most awaited line up, ATEEZ, appeared as the last performer at this festival. The screams of ATINY(ATEEZ’s fandom name) were so loud since their first step on stage. The boy group consisting of 8 members, Seonghwa, Hongjoong, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung, and Jongho from KQ Entertainment opened their performance with their latest songs “Crazy Form” and “Work.” The cheers of the fans echoed following the rhythm of the song. “Halo semuanya, kami ATEEZ (Hello everyone, we are ATEEZ),” said the captain Hongjoong opening the ment. After introducing themselves, they continued their performance with “Guerilla.” All the audience went crazy, their energetic performance was greeted with hysterical cheers from ATINY who had been waiting for their idols to come to Indonesia. “Rocky,” “The Real,” “Turbulence,” and “Fever” were the next songs. Their stunning stage performance, energetic choreography, and even their live vocals are truly undeniable. ATINY who came in this festival even dancing along to the choreography performed by ATEEZ on stage. At the ending ment, they said they would return to Indonesia. “We will never forget the moment with you guys. We will return to Indonesia,” said Mingi. After that, they close their performance with “Say My Name,” and “Bouncy.”

This is truly a festival with a star-studded line-up that cannot be missed. So lively and fun. Thank you City Camp Indonesia for giving us the opportunity to experince this wonderful live performances. See you next time.
