A Week After: GMMTV MUSICON IN JAKARTA

Following the successful show in Japan, GMMTV MUSICON headed to Indonesia on December 16, 2023 at Grand Ballroom, Pullman Central Park Jakarta.

Fans were enthusiastically anticipating the first GMMTV concert in Jakarta with shining lineup “Nanon” Korapat Kirdpan, “Perth” TanaponSukumpantanasan, Fluke “Gawin” Caskey, “Fourth” Nattawat Jirochtikul, “Satang” Kittiphop Sereevichayasawat, “Ford” Arun Asawasuebsakul, “Earth” Pirapat Watthanasetsiri, “Phuwin” Tangsakyuen and boy group LYKN. 13 handsome musicians came altogether to the stage singing “Hook”. 

It’s time for the solo stage and the first performer was rookie group LYKN. “Nut” Thanat Danjesda, “Hong” Pichetpong Chiradatesakunvon, “Tui” Chayatorn Trairattanapradit, “William” Jakrapatr Kaewpanpong, and “Lego” Rapeepong Supatineekitdecha wowed the fans with their energetic dance yet stable vocals. Performing for the first time in Jakarta, the group grabbed fans’ hearts with their joyful dance to heaven-like vocal performances.

On the second performer, fans got an eargasm with Ford’s beautiful vocals as he led the show with ballad melodies. Visiting Indonesia for the first time, Ford expressed his excitement and honor to be able to perform in Indonesia. He wrapped up his solo performance with a “Anything You Want” with the fans singing along with him.

The venue transformed into a party when Perth took over the stage. Performing upbeat songs, fans were enjoying Perth’s performance by singing to the lyrics, standing, and jumping together. Adding more excitement, he came down from the stage to get closer to the fans. Perth ended his cool performance with a guitar performance on “Let’s Try”.

The next stage is the duet corner, the first duo coming to the stage were Ford and Gawin who harmonized their beautiful voices and sang with their souls for “Villain”.

The second duet performance was the guitar duet Perth and Satang. The two enjoyed performing “Love Love Love” and showing off their guitar skills together while fans sang the lyrics loudly.

Earth is the next performer lineup and he serenade the fans with his vocal and dazzling visual. On his first ment, he expressed his feeling about coming to Jakarta for the first time. “This is my first time coming to Jakarta and I am really happy. You’re all cute and thank you for welcoming me. Hope everyone is happy today,” he said. Earth continued the performance with “If We Don’t Know Each Other” and “What Kind of Person.”

Satang was in charge of melting everyone’s heart with his soft voice by singing “No One Else Like Me”. Satang managed to calm the mood of the concert with “All or Nothing”. Fans were completely immersed with his solo stage and turned on the flash on their phones while singing to the lyrics of “Still Together”.

An acoustic performance officially opened Gawin’s solo performance. A twinkly-eyed and romantic man Gawin turned everyone at the venue to become his fans as his beautiful vocals echoed the ballroom. To wrap up his last solo performance, he took off his jacket and sang “Sweet But Naughty”.

The next segment was filled with amazing vocals and stunning visuals as Earth, Phuwintang, and Nanon harmonized their vocals on “B612” which successfully melt fans’ hearts. Our first performer LYKN returned to the stage to have a collaboration with Fourth. The duet “You’re Blushing” enlivened the atmosphere of the concert..

Moving to another performer, a loud chants of Phuwintang’s name echoed the whole venue to welcome him to the stage to perform “Beside”. After performing the first song, the musician revealed that he felt so nervous to walk to the stage but he couldn’t hide his excitement when he heard that fans were chanting loudly. Following his ment, he sang “First Love” and “Kan Goo” beautifully. After watching Phuwintang performances, we understand that there is a reason for fans’ loud chants throughout his performances. Phuwintang’s handsomeness and cool aura radiates a magnetic allure impression.

Another most awaited artist, Fourth finally coming to the stage and overflowing fans with his bubbly charm as he sang and danced to the most anticipated song “Please Be Mine”. His voice echoed in the venue when he sang a thank you song on the stage. “Good Time” is a song of thanks to the fans who came into his life. Fourth rode the wave of the concert like a rollercoaster as he performed from a cheerful song to acoustic melodies, and the last an upbeat song. During “My Ecstasy”, he took off his cardigan making him look hot in an all white outfit.

Our rockstar Nanon Korapat was the last lineup of the concert. He rocked and nailed the performance by performing the songs from his first album “Butterfly Effect” and successfully hitting the high notes on “Why Always Me?”. Coming to Indonesia for the third time this year, the singer said, “ This time, I came to Indonesia three times. Do you miss me? I miss all of you too.” After completing his solo performance, Nanon starts Nanon-ing as he teased the fans by saying, “Thank you so much, it’s beautiful. Like you,” which made fans blushing over his sweetness.

Marking the end of the 3-hour concert, Nanon Korapat invited his fellow GMMTV MUSICON performers to the stage and performed the very last “Our Song”.
