After a long time, Crush finally came back to Indonesia to greet Crushbombs through his 2023 Asia Tour “CRUSH HOUR in Jakarta,” which was held on Tuesday, August 8 at Kota Kasablanka Hall, Jakarta. This time’s performance was even more special because it was the last stop and also the closing country of CRUSH’s Asian tour series.
The singer-songwriter opened his performance with “RUSH HOUR,” which is his duet single with BTS member J-Hope that everyone knows and makes all the audience dance and groove together. Then he continued with several other songs such as “Hey Baby,” “Ibiza,” “NAPPA,” “Butterfly,” “Don’t Be Shy,” and “Crush On You.”
In the middle of his performance, he talked with fans and expressed his feelings after four years of finally being able to return to Jakarta. “I am very happy to be back here, and also, it seems that of all my Asia Tours, Jakarta is the most memorable. Terima kasih, kalian mantap (Thank you, you guys are best),” he said.
For two full hours, this 31-year-old singer gave an extraordinary performance. His vocals were stable, riveting, and energetic, accompanied by live music, making all the fans who were present at his show really enjoy and have fun during the performance.
“This is the last venue for my Asia Tour. So today I’m going to get it all out here. I am honored to be able to complete this “Crush Hour” in Jakarta. Hopefully this can be a memory in all of your hearts,” he said towards the end of his show.
There are more than 20 songs that Crush performed at the Asian Tour 2023 concert “CRUSH HOUR in Jakarta,” which was promoted by KIG Live. Including the two popular drama OSTs “Let Us Go” from “Crash Landing On You” and “Beautiful” from “Goblin (Guardian: The Lonely and Great God),” both of which touched every hearts and became fans’ unforgettable joy.
Not only that, Crush also revealed that he was working on a new album and hoped to be able to perform again in Jakarta with this new song. “I’m actually working on a new album, so hopefully I’ll be back here soon,” he said. We will wait to see you at the next show! Let’s meet again, Crush!
