Crush Attracts Fans With His Charismatic Performance On The “Crush Hour in Jakarta”
As the last show in his 2023 Asia Tour series, Crush seems to be giving an all-out performance on the “CRUSH HOUR in Jakarta” stage, which was held last Tuesday night, August 8, at Kota Kasablanka Hall, Jakarta.
Since the first song, the singer-songwriter born in 1992 has been so energetic in performing his collaborative song with BTS J-Hope, “RUSH HOUR.” The entire section stood to enjoy the performance, dancing to the music and singing throughout the song. He also continued with his other hits like “Hey Baby,” “Ibiza,” “2411,” “NAPPA,” “Sometimes,” and “Crush On You.”
On the sidelines of his appearance, he also joked with fans and said a few words in Indonesian. One of the things that surprised fans was when he said, “Emang boleh segemes ini?” which means, “How can you be this cute?” Not only that, but his behavior imitating translators also entertained fans. He is indeed a funny and talented guy. He continued his performances with “Butterfly,” “Don’t Be Shy,” “She Said (with BIBI),” and “Just.”
The touching mood finally started when Crush said that he would sing one of the OSTs from the Korean drama, which is so loved by many Indonesian fans. The piano strains started his performance to sing “Let Us Go,” which is the OST “Crash Landing On You,” followed by the hit OST that all fans have been waiting for, “Beautiful” from the OST “Goblin,” which was released in 2017. Then he returned with his all-time ballad “SOFA,” then a slight medley of “Fall” and “With You,” and another calming song from him with the band “Stevie Wonderlust.”
It didn’t end there, we got hype again with “Ohio,” “Hug Me,” “Skip,” and “OASIS.” Crush’s charismatic performance fascinated the fans, so they danced together and sang with great energy as if they didn’t want the concert to end just like that. But unfortunately, the show has reached its end. Crush also closed the concert with “Outside” and “Don’t Forget,” which were his duet songs with Girl’s Generation member Taeyeon.
We thank KIG Live for bringing Crush to Indonesia and giving his best performance at the last stop. Until we meet again!
