NMIXX Rocked the Stage at Their First Showcase “NICE TO MIXX YOU” in Jakarta

The rookie group from JYP Entertainment came to Indonesia for the first time on their showcase tour entitled “Nice to Mixx You” in Jakarta on Friday, June 9, 2023, at The Kasablanka Hall, South Jakarta. The girl group, consisting of six members, Lily, Haewon, Sullyoon, Bae, Jiwoo, and Kyujin, appeared energetic on stage.

NMIXX opened their first performance with “TANK” and “O.O,” which are songs from their first single album “AD MARE,” which was released in 2022. They appeared full of energy and gave powerful renditions of the two songs. Each member also exudes individual charm with trendy school uniform-style costumes and cute hairstyles that match them.

“Let’s go Jakarta!” Lily shouted when the next performance was about to start again. They also continued to hit the stage with “PAXXWORD” and “Just Did It” from their first EP album, “expérgo,” which was released in 2023. This upbeat and playful track suits NMIXX perfectly. The NSWER (NMIXX fandom name) who were present also had fun throughout the song and were excited about their act on stage. Before moving on to the next segment, NMIXX performed “Young, Dumb, Stupid,” which was the pre-release track on their first EP. The NSWER who were there were hysterical in unison, and they joined in singing the whole song with them.

Not only featuring the songs on their albums. This monster rookie from JYP also performed the song “TT” by Twice, who is their senior. They were all very lovely and adorable during the performance. But everything suddenly changed when the intro song from David Guetta, “Hey Mama (feat. Nicky Minaj, Bebe Rexa, and Afrojack),” was played. They did an amazing cover of the song. Their steady voice and full-of-energy dancing had all of NSWER going crazy tonight.

NMIXX also continued their performance with songs from their 2nd single album, “ENTWURF,” entitled “DICE” and “Cool (Your Rainbow).” Everyone was amazed by Lily’s and the members’ high notes throughout the song. They then returned to the stage with other songs, “My Gosh” and “Home.” What a song with a relaxed and fun atmosphere that suits today.

Time flies so quickly, and the event must end soon. NMIXX closed their performance with “Love Me Like This,” which made all NWERS get up from their seats and dance together with NMIXX, followed by “O.O” as their encore song. “I love you, NSWER! See you again. I promise I’ll be back here!” Haewon said. What an amazing and unforgettable show. Till we meet again!
