[ICYMI] BTS is the Only Korean Artist on 2017 Billboard Music Awards Nominees

Four years after their debut, BTS slowly but surely becomes one of current top groups within Korean music industry. With more than 5 million followers in their official Twitter account (@BTS_twt), apparently BTS caught the eye of 2017 Billboard Music Awards by being one of influential accounts for their Top Social Artist nominees. Along with top world’s artists Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, and Shawn Mendes, BTS competes to be crowned as winner of the award.

Not only that, BTS also has became the only Korean artist who made it to World Music Awards’ 20 best-selling albums worldwide in 2017 as of last April 9th. Their repackaged album of “WINGS”, “You Never Walk Alone” made it to no. 14 of the list under big names such as Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, The Weeknd, and more.

Proving their popularity even more, BTS cleaned up their third tour “2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR” with a perfect sold-out concerts in numerous countries including Indonesia where they will hold their concert on upcoming April 29th at ICE BSD.
