DAY6 1ST FAN MEETING IN SINGAPORE: A SPECIAL ONE

DAY6 is newly debuted rock band from JYP Entertainment. The group consists of six members: Sungjin (Leader), Jae, Young K, Junhyeok, Wonpil, and Dowoon. The group debuted with a mini album, The Day, on September 7, 2015. They came to Singapore for a fan meeting just before they even reach 100 days after debut.

Fans were screaming as DAY6 entered the stage, and kicked off the event with Out of My Mind and moving onto Habits. DAY6 members then did the introduction before picking lucky fans to play games with.

DAY6 sang You, and did a cover of One Republic’s Stop and Stare, followed by an amazing rendition of Wonder Girls’ Nobody. After that, it’s game time with the fans.

Fans got blindfolded while DAY6 members whispered to their ears and let the fans guess which member stood behind them. DAY6 members started to whisper beautifully to the fans’ ear one by one, until they got a lucky winner. The winner was entitled for a selfie with DAY6 members. Moving onto the next batch of fans with another game, “Pass The Drawing” Game, and Young.K team won with the successful guess of “farting” from the drawing. The winning team got a wefies.

DAY6 continued with Like the Sun as everyone sing along. Next song was Colors, when fans lifted up their light sticks. Fans then gave a surprise present for DAY6 members, a touching video about the members. As the fans were chanting DAY6 loudly, the birthday cake appeared from backstage for celebrating Young.K’s early birthday (Young.K Birthday is on December 19).

Young.K to fans: “You guys are amazing!”

Soon after, they sang their debut song Congratulations!. DAY6 then did a medley of Bruno Mars‘ songs like Grenade, Count On Me, and Runaway Baby.

Near the end of the event, Young.K confessed that his parents were in the venue, but he couldn’t find them in the crowd.

For the very last song, they sang Free하게!
