INFINITE’s Woohyun is Sungyeol’s Rival in Upcoming Drama “High School”

After being confirmed as 2 male leads in KBS new drama “High School”, the production team reveals the plot of the drama as the fans’ curiosity getting higher. “High School” is a fantasy romance drama, starred by INFINITE’s Nam Woohyun, Lee Sungyeol, and 4Minute’s Nam Jihyun.

Nam Woohyun will play a role as Shin Woohyun and Lee Sungyeol will be Hwang Sungyeol. They actually friends from high school but in the end, they became rivals as they continue with their relationship.

Shin Woohyun is a good looking guy with a good skill in singing. He’s cold outside but his heart is pure and warm. Shin Woohyun lives with his grandma and he doesn’t believe in love after he experienced being abandoned by his parents. But as he met angel “Seul Bi” he finally opens his heart.

Meanwhile Hwang Sungyeol is smart, perfectionist, athletic and talented. He always plans everything and organized. At first he is a best friend of Woohyun, but as he find out that his stepmother is Woohyun’s biological mother, he started become a rivals.

The production team of “High School” explained that this drama is not only about love in high school life, but also telling a real story of high school life. The drama is expected to air at the end of May.
