More than 3 weeks ago, FT. Island visited a Malaysian fan who is suffering from 3rd degree burn. She is the 19-year old, Tan Hui Linn. Parts of her body was severely burned after his mentally-ill father poured hydrochloric acid on her and her mother. Unfortunately, her mother did not make it, she died on the spot.

As for Hui Linn, with the help of Korean surgeons, she had already undergone 4 surgeries to amend the burned areas  of her body. Many people also extended assistance to her so she is doing great.

FT. Island heard this news and was informed that this girl is getting strength from  their music. Upon hearing this, the group has decided to visit her and show their support. In the hospital, they met Hui Linn and gave her a signed copy of their 4th album. They also took a picture together and here it is…

The visit from the oppas really made Hui Linn’s day extra special and everyone witness how bright and energetic she has become on that day.

Meanwhile, FT. Island is promoting their album and their ‘Five Treasure Box’ placed at no. 1 in Taiwan’s music chart.
