firstly i would like to thank Korean Updates for giving me a chance to cover for such a grand event like this. the press conference itself was held at Nutz Culture, a mini bar located in Senayan City. The press coference began at 3:30PM with a Q&A session with Mr. Indra Yudhistira as the production director of Indosiar, Mr. Go, representative from YS Media Entertainment, and Mr. Sunanto from Indosiar.

Mr. Sunanto informed that S4 Jakarta 1st concert will be aired on November 2, 10:00 PM at Indosiar. The show itself will be recorded in October 30th at Studio 5, Indosiar which could contain approximately 1000 audience. Mr Go stated that. S4 wasn’t there at the press conference venue because they were still doing several trainings  and finalizing the production of their MV and digital single in Korea. They will fly back to Jakarta on October 14th to prepare for their debut concert.

Mr Go also said that after their debut stage in Indonesia, S4 will be back to Korea to launch their single there, and they will also promote the single to 64 other countries. Besides that, they are working together with Hong Won Ki, a well-known director who had been working with several well-known idol groups such as B2ST, 4 Minute, f(x), G.Na and many more.

Mr Go added that S4 had been fully trained in Korea this recent 6 month. and they are being fully supported by their senior, 4 Minute. They will do a collaboration with one of 4 minute member, Kim Hyunah.

Mr Indra added that Indosiar as the media partner of this event are preparing for a huge transformation this coming year. they promised that this transformation will emphasize more on variety shows, reality shows, talent searches, and Music shows.

Mr Go added that Indosiar is now working with Arirang to air the 2nd season of “Galaxy Superstar”.  And they will inform us to come to their press release as well.

talking about the “Volume Up Party” Showcase, Mr Go told us that the show itself will be held in Sports Mall Kelapa Gading starting from 6:00PM to 10:00 PM on October 31st. This show will involve several performers such as: 4 minute, Phantom,  S4, SMASH, XO-IX and Blink.  4 Minute themselves will bring their 6 hit singles, and hold a fan-meeting  event for an hour. YS Media, partnering with lovelytoday.com is also holding a 4 minute dance and vocal cover  competition. the present will be some amount of money and a chance to perform on stage with 4 minute and taking picture with them as well.

last but not the least, on behalf of the local performers who will join this show, SMASH come up to the stage. Along with their performance, they also said that they will also promote their new full length album “Step Forward” by bringing up 2 of their title songs on stage. They also said they want S4 to be successful national and internationally. They also stated that they prepared their best to perform on the 31st.
