As part of Chuseok celebration in Korea, popular idols has taken part and went on stage as candidates for MBC’s “Miss and Mr. Idol Korea 2012.” All in all, 48 idols, both male and female, participated in the competition.

The winners of the pageant-style competition was decided based on the contestants performance in 3 stages of the contest:

1. Looks

2. Stamina (determine through a game)

3. Interview

In the end, the result of the pageant is as follows:

3rd Place

Teen Top’s Niel

A Pink‘s Eunji

2nd Place

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon

KARA’s Nicole

And finally, 2 PM’s Wooyoung and KARA’s Hara took home the grand prize.

Wooyoung also gave a small acceptance speech, “I will share this honor with my fellow 2PM members” while Hara stated, “I’m happy just to be nominated but this is good, I’m so honored.”
