The bullying controversy that had struck T-ARA may have not subsided yet, but they still chose to proceed with their comeback as it can’t be put on hold any longer.
This news may surprise everyone as the rumors about the group are still the talk of the town. Then again, it can be recalled that, since the start, Core Contents Media had stated that T-ARA will go on to promote their new album.
On T-ARA’s quick return, someone from the inside stated that “With the ill-effects of the controversy, even to the extent of affecting the member’s dramas and advertisements, it appears that CCM is determined to go with their plan and face it head on.”
It was said that as early as September 3, the group will release ‘Mirage’ and this will be T-ara’s 7th mini-album. The album carries the ‘Sexy Love’ as its title track and it was composed by Shinsadong Tiger, the same man who is behind the girls’ successful songs including ‘Roly Poly’ and ‘Bo Beep Bo Beep.’
It was also learned that the original release date for ‘Mirage’ was set in the first week of August. It was postponed due to the issues that the group has to deal with.
Prior to the album’s release, Core Media Contents had issued a statement and here it is..
“The reason why T-ara stayed silent the past month is because the issue was a personal matter between the members. However, misunderstandings are causing other misunderstandings, and the T-ara members sincerely apologized for personally causing the controversy and creating misunderstanding.”
They went to say:
“T-ara and Hwayoung had a meeting where they resolved their differences, understood each other, and apologized. We’ve decided that we can no longer delay the comeback because of this issue in which not one person is the victim, not one person is the wrongdoer, and misunderstandings keep piling up.”
“We once again lower our heads and apologize for causing disorder and misunderstanding among so many people, and we promise to [never let an issue like this arise again].”
Are you also anticipating T-ara’s upcoming comeback?
