Following his tax evasion scandal that erupted on September of last year, Kang Ho Dong had decided to temporarily retire from show business. And now, after almost a year of self-reflection, he is ready to face the camera again.

The famous MC recently signed a contract with SM C&C and this is obviously an indication that he will comeback soon. This contract signing, together with Shin Dong Yeop, was announced through the August 17th SM C&C press release.

Incidentally, Kang Ho Dong has this to say (about his upcoming return), “I’ve thought a lot about it since last year, but I decided that the best way for me to go is to try to deliver more joyfulness to the Nation’s people through broadcasts as an MC, and so I decided to carefully make my comeback.”
