Since last year, there were reports that Kim Hyun Joong will star in a drama for 2012 release. It seems that this news is now a reality after representatives from the drama “City Conquest” shared the location of the filming.
Last Friday, it was announced that the shooting will be at Edo Wonderland in Utsunomiya and the famed Nikko in Japan. Nikko is a city popular for its numerous historical attractions, with many shrines and temples designated as World Heritage sites.
Japan is just the first filming location and shooting will start on July 10. The shoot in Japan is expected to last for about 2 weeks.
With this development, finally, fans can really anticipate Hyun Joong’s comeback on small screen. ”City Conquest” also stars Nam Gung-min, Kim Seung-woo and Jung Yu-mi.
