  • Ticket Launch – Saturday, 30 June 2012

Cat 1: $198 tickets will be sold on Saturday, 30 June 2012 (additional $2 administration charge applies).  Specially printed tickets will be issued during the ticket launch.

Note: Time and location of ticket launch will be advised later

  • Ticket Sale via SISTIC – Friday, 6 July 2012

Cat 2 and Cat 3 tickets will be sold on Friday, 6 July 2012 via SISTIC (online and at SISTIC booth).

Seating arrangement for Cat 1 seats have been arranged for overseas fans.  For overseas ticket purchase, please send email to enquiry@faithndentertainment.com.

How can overseas fans purchase the fan meet tickets?

Cat 1 tickets can be purchased directly with Faith & D Entertainment before 28 June 2012. You can purchase Cat 2 and Cat 3 tickets from SISTIC via internet (www.sistic.com.sg) from Friday, 6 July 2012 onwards. Cat 1 tickets will only be sold by SISTIC if there are balance tickets after the ticket launch in Singapore. Transaction in SISTIC is to be made by credit card.

How to purchase Category 1 tickets from Faith & D Entertainment?

Total Amount is SGD200 per Cat 1 ticket

SGD198 (Cat 1 Ticket Price) + SGD2 (Administration Fee)

*Kindly note that there is a $10 Singapore bank charge for each TT transaction, which must be included in the total amount transferred.

Example A:

Tickets purchased – 1 SGD200 x 1 = $200

Amount to Transfer: $200 (Ticket price & Admin fee) + $10 (Singapore bank charge) + Relevant Bank Transaction Fees

Example B: Tickets purchased – 4

SGD200 x 4 = $800 Amount to Transfer: $800 (Ticket price & Admin fee) + $10 (Singapore bank charge) + Relevant Bank Transaction Fees

Step 1:

You need to make payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to Faith & D Entertainment bank account. Please note that all relevant bank transaction fees must be included in your TT fund. Kindly check on the transaction fees with your local bank. Seat allocation will only be processed upon full payment received.

Step 2:

Upon making your TT transaction, you need to email the following information to us.

1. TT transaction record and/or document

2. Personal Particulars Form (please refer to the last page of this document). The Personal Particulars Form must be complete and accurate.

Please email information to enquiry@faithndentertainment.com. We will keep track of your payment when we receive the Transaction Reference and the Personal Particulars Form. We will notify you by email with a collection slip once we receive the payment.

How to collect your ticket?

You can collect your ticket on the event date Saturday, 25 August 2012, between 3pm – 5pm at the foyer of Kallang Theater. Kindly bring along your identification card or passport together with the collection slip issued to you.

Alternatively, we can send the ticket to you by courier or registered mail, which the cost will be borne by you. Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost of ticket during the process of delivery.

Is there a deadline for Category 1 ticket purchase?

Yes, the deadline for Cat 1 ticket purchase from Faith & D Entertainment is on Thursday, 28 June 2012. All payment must reach us by the deadline. We will not accept any purchase after the deadline. Telegraphic Transfer fund receive after Thursday, 28 June 2012 will not be accepted. TT fund received after 28 June, will be returned by TT and all transaction cost must be borne by payer.

Can I choose my seat?

No, choosing of seat is not allowed. Seats will be allocated in accordance with “first come first serve” policy. This means that, we will allocate the best seat according to the payment received timing.

Can I ask for refund if I can’t make it to the event?

There is no refund.

Can I ask for re-issue of ticket if I lost it?

Ticket cannot be re-issued.
