Jakarta FantastiKpop Festival : Bring Hallyu Wave and New Energy for Indonesian Music Festival

Jakarta, 17^th June 2011- BlackRock Entertainment finally held the second press  conference. This second press conference presents Joo,2AM (minus Jinwoon), Alika (Indonesian singer),  a Representative of BlackRock Entertainment, a Representative of ‘ Esia’ and ‘Plasa dot com’ as the informants.

There will be  four performance of Joo. Followed, 2AM who will rock the stage with 6 songs. After 2AM, San E and Kim HyungJoon would entertain us with their performances. For the closing, Black Rock Entertainment put MissA on the stage.

Neki also stated, “Composition of the singers who appear little bit changed since Lee Hyun was recording his new album.We hope the fans understand. Kim Hyung Joon who replaced Lee Hyun is  also known for his good qualities on stage will satisfy the viewer.” As we all known, Lee Hyun and Jinwoon were supposed to sing at The Jakarta FantastiKpop Festival too.  Unfortunately, Lee Hyun have to prepare for the comeback with his group 8eight in Korea while Jinwoon also doing recording for his new album.

Responding to this situation Jokwon said, “We support Jinwoon on his solo debut project and also Changmin Hyung and Lee Hyun Hyung’s Duet project.” In this opportunity, Jokwon hinted that  2AM also are working on their new album this coming December.

So, I guess you all curious about what they think about Jakarta and Indonesian fans, don’t you?? As the answer, first let’s talk about Joo’s response to Indonesian Fans.

Joo said that this is her first time visiting Indonesia to have a concert and she is very happy. She even said “apakabar” at the beginning of her greetings. She is so excited to be here and she was very happy to meet her fans here.She was glad to be back in Indonesia. She also said that she had been living in Indonesia because his father worked here before.

Joo told us, “It’s been a long time since I’ve been here. I like all about Indonesia. And I’ve eaten some food here (It seems like she didn’t know what the food name was. But, the MC told us the menu that day was EmpalGentong). And I really thank the fans in Indonesia who were all so excited to see me.”

Being asked about what they thought about Indonesian fans and Jakarta, 2AM responded:

Seulong said that they were happy to be here. They were so happy that the fans could memorize their songs and also the other Hallyu stars’ songs and sing a long to the song.  Along with Seulong, Jokwon stated that this is a rare opportunity to come and perform in front of Indonesian fans. So, they all would perform their best in front of the audience during the concert.

Jokwon also said that they liked being in Jakarta. The weather was bright and sunny, they also enjoy jogging and swimming in the hotel later that day.

Both of 2AM and Joo promised to give the best for all Indonesian fans who come to the festival. They prepare some surprises too. When being asked about what the surprises will be like, Joo said “It wouldn’t be a surprise if we tell you now” so, it will be a real surprise for the ticket holders.

Besides talking about what kind of concert it will be like, BlackRock Entertainment also stated about the reasons for choosing Korean Artists.

They were attracted by the development of hallyu wave in Indonesia. A lot of news about K-Pop in the media, a lot of interesting elements of K-Pop such as: Clothes (fashion), fascinating choreographies, K-pop Stars, Etc. BlackRock representative also said that they were curious about what would it be like if they bring the stars to Indonesia.

The second reason was to  introduce Asian music industry (mainly K-Pop) to the world. They wanted to inspire Indonesian musicians to go International like K-pop stars who are popular this year.

Regarding  the ticket sales, ‘Plasa dot com’ which helped distributing the tickets said that the ticket sales was so great. Even it has taken the record sales at ‘Plasa dot com’ . It means so many good response from Indonesian and they thanked for that.

Krishna Raditya, Co-founder of BlackRock Entertainment said this Festival could be success because of three important elements, which are, Fans, Sponsor, and Media Partners. So, represented all crews of BlackRock he thanked to all Sponsors, Fans and Media Partners for the supports.
